One thing I love is shopping!!! What woman doesn't?? Scanning the isles to find new loves and great deals, retail therapy at its best. Over the weekend I made a stop at my local beauty store and I wanted to share a few items I picked up :)
                                                          1) Cotton Ball Holder

My first find caught my eye immediately, I love doing my nails and one thing that drives me bonkers is when all your nails are done, they look great, and then the most annoying thing occurs....You smudge a nail!!!! By nature I'm a klutzy person so this happens more then I like to admit! Trying to saturate a cotton ball and remove the color from one nail without affecting the others is almost impossible! Its a pretty simple process. Put a cotton ball in the middle, pour the nail polish remover into the cotton ball and fix that nail! At $1.60 for 2 for me def worth it!!

                                                      2) Nail Tees

These guys definitely deserve a mention, with their pointed tips they are perfect for removing polish from your cuticles or hard to reach spots without messing up that cute mani.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              3) Venus Razor

One of my biggest pet peeves is when I'm out enjoying the summer weather and I realize I've missed a spot or two while shaving. Thanks to Gillette they have made a mini Venus (my fav razor). Great for travel or to keep in your makeup bag for those times you've missed a spot.

                                                                                                                                                                                                               4) Maybelline Instant Pore Eraser
Unfortunately, I have been blessed with large pores so I am always looking for products to minimize them for a smoother look. Benefit makes a great product which I've been using for a while, my only complaint? The price. At around $30 for 0.75 tube I've been on the hunt for a more affordable product, finally I have found it!!! Maybelline's Instant Pore Eraser does a great job at giving my skin a smooth poreless look at a fraction of the price. I paid $6 for .67 fl oz. I'm extremely happy with the results and I highly recommend this product to anyone with enlarged pores or fine lines.

                                                    5) L'oreal Manga Mascara

I'm the first to admit I'm not the most graceful gal & when it comes to applying mascara, I have a terrible habit of getting it everywhere while trying to angle my hand so I am able to apply it. So when L'oreal came out their 360 flexible brush I knew I had to have it! Not only convenient and easy to apply but my lashes look unbelievably curly and long. I have to say I love the packaging also it's adorable!

Samples:
Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Moisturizer
Number 4 Super Comb & Prep Protect
Ofra Universal Eyebrow Pencil
suki exfoliate foaming cleanser
100% Pure Gingerade Shower Gel
Well I received my Birchbox as you can see :) I love collaborations, so I was excited to see this month Birchbox had teamed up with Women’s Health Magazine. The samples included are meant to “Energize your Routine.”  We also received a subscription card for a year of Women’s Health ($9.99/yr) & a mini booklet Power Up with 12 Challenges aimed towards being healthy inside as well as out (example, No. 11 Take a Cold Shower, cold showers improve circulation, boost your immune system and increase metabolism) Think I’ll be taking alot of cold showers!!  Overall I was happy with this months Birchbox, I haven’t had a chance to try everything but I did try the suki exfoliate foaming cleanser and the Juice Beauty(which I loved), the foaming cleanser confused me because it was great at exfoliating but it did not foam at all. Feel free to comment, let me know your thoughts or what you received. Thanks for reading and have a awesome day!!
